3. Description of Services
3.1 Unified Gateway
Our Unified Gateway provides the control plane for the QCEgateway sovereign edge orchestration fabric: global routing, policy enforcement, agent registration, and observability across CDN, edge, storage, identity, and agent runtime surfaces. Services include gateway provisioning, policy configuration, and ongoing management.
3.2 Global CDN
Our Global CDN delivers static and dynamic content from a sovereign edge network, with configurable jurisdictional boundaries, cache control, and origin shielding. Services include edge delivery, cache management, and real-time invalidation.
3.3 Edge Compute
Our Edge Compute runs customer workloads at the edge, co-located with the CDN and gateway control plane. Services include edge function deployment, regional isolation, and zero-egress execution boundaries.
3.4 Agent Runtime
Our Agent Runtime deploys, monitors, and governs AI agents (ANI today, AGI tomorrow, ASI-resilient always) with the same rigor as containers and services. Services include agent registration, execution isolation, tool authorization, and observability.
3.5 Identity & Access
Our Identity & Access services provide federated authentication, role-based authorization, and quantum-resilient key custody across the QCEgateway fabric. Services include SSO integration, policy enforcement, and key rotation.

16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Disputes
QCEgateway operates through a dual-headquarters structure: a Singapore anchor entity that governs commercial, cross-border, and growth operations, and a United States anchor entity registered in the State of Delaware that governs technology, intellectual property, and AI matters.
16.1 Primary Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Singapore is the primary governing jurisdiction for all commercial and contractual matters arising under these Terms.
16.2 Intellectual Property and AI Matters. Notwithstanding Section 16.1, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to intellectual property ownership, technology licensing, or AI systems shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, consistent with the US anchor entity jurisdiction.
16.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under the SIAC Rules for the time being in force. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding, and enforceable in over 170 jurisdictions under the New York Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (1958).
16.4 Cross-Border Enforcement. The parties acknowledge that the dual-HQ structure and SIAC arbitration framework are designed to ensure cross-border enforceability and jurisdictional clarity for international commercial relationships.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and QCEgateway regarding the subject matter hereof.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Notices: Notices shall be sent to the email addresses on file and shall be deemed received upon transmission.
